Garsington Opera comes to Horncastle
Schoolchildren in Horncastle will be given a taste of the opera thanks to one of the acts that will feature at this year's SO Festival.
Garsington Opera will be hosting a series of workshops at Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School on June 23 and 24, together with four other schools, as part of its Opera for All touring programme.
Children from each school will then perform as part of the free screening of Garsington Opera’s production of Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin at 12.30pm on July 2 in a special garden party, complete with free tea and cake, at SO Festival in Skegness, taking place by the boating lake.
