In addition they have taken part in voluntary community projects, such as working with the Wildlife Trust on grassland restoration at Gibraltar Point, as well as a beach clean; fundraising for the local homeless community to donate thermal and warm clothing for the winter period, collecting tinned food donations to the Storehouse foodbank; and, lastly, volunteering with Skegness County Care, understanding the care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health.
Megan Blackwell, Team Leader for the Skegness explained: "The Team Programme, which is funded by Warwickshire College Group, is a 12-week personal development course to help support young, unemployed adults aged 16 to 25.
"The Team Programme is dedicated to boosting the confidence and abilities of each team member, supporting them to develop their transferable skills, through team building activities and community projects.

"For example, on completion of the course, Shona Aldin obtained full-time work at Butlins, Leanne Hodges obtained work as a carer with Walnut Care, Duncan Doughty had already signed up to a new education programme in Bookkeeping, and Dominic enjoyed his work experience so much with Age UK in Skegness he continues to volunteer there now.
"I am very proud of the achievements of each of my team members, as I appreciate that the course has challenged their confidence and their abilities, and in facing these challenges they have shown true resilience and determination.
"I would also like to thank everyone who has supported us along the way."

"They had made new friends and bonded, also built up their confidence to be able to stand and deliver their presentations on stage in front of an audience and even gained a job after visiting a local job fair. A big well done to them."
