“Overall the school is enjoying a 95 per cent pass rate, with many subject areas achieving 100 per cent.
“Maths, Media, Photography, Sport and Art deserve a special mention with some really outstanding results being achieved, and in IT and DCE (Diploma in Childcare and Education) all students achieved Grade A or A*.
“Although a great many students achieved highly coveted grades and made tremendous progress, particular mention should be made of Poppy Torrington with her three A-Level As or A* and one grade C, going onto study Business Management at Edinburgh University, Abbie Davies with her Distinction-stars in Sports going to Sheffield Hallam University, and Matthew Lincoln who achieved fantastic grades which have gained him a place at Coventry University to study Automotive Design.
