Boston police officer given another chance at misconduct hearing
A Lincolnshire Police officer was given another chance when she faced a misconduct hearing on allegations of breaching standards of professional behaviour.
Police Constable Claire Riches, who is based at Boston Police Station, yesterday (Tuesday) faced a number of allegations regarding:
- Confidentiality
- Orders and Instructions
- Discreditable Conduct
The allegations refer to a period between September 2019 and February 2021 and according to Lincolnshire Police amounted to gross misconduct.
Chair of the hearing was Chief Constable Chris Haward and PC Riches received a Final Written Warning.
