Easter was a busy period for the Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance
The Ambucopter flew 12 missions and its Rapid Response Vehicle was called out on five occasions, between Friday, March 25, and Monday, March 28.
Paramedic Neil Clarke said: “Although we would much prefer that everybody stayed safe and well, our crew were on standby over the holiday period ready to react and help where needed.

“There were excellent examples of inter-agency working between all three emergency services and local medical volunteers.”
Karen Jobling, Chief Executive at Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance (LNAA), said: “Each mission costs the charity approximately £2,100 and it is only thanks to the generous support of our local communities that our angel in the sky can keep flying and saving lives.”
The Ambucopter responds to local emergencies 365 days a year and attends on average between two and three missions a day.
