Under the new structure Mr Brown will be responsible for ECO Plastics’ day to day operations and management.
Mr Short will step back to focus on innovation and work with Mr Reeves on the business’ medium and long-term strategy.
Mr Short said Mr Brown was well respected in the industry and would ‘fit right in’, adding that the announcement showed ‘huge progress’ since ECO Plastics re-opened in 2010.
