Man from Skegness damaged picture of couple after row
Joseph Brown, 28, formerly of Somersby Grove but now living at an address in Nottingham, admitted damaging a picture frame, a wall, a door and a toilet seat belonging to Paige Dowdall on October 28, when he appeared at Boston Magistrates Court.
Prosecuting, Marie Stace said there was an argument between the two of them and Ms Dowdall went to stay with a friend for the night and when she came back the next day, found the damage.

Hide AdMs Stace said Brown did have a previous conviction for assaulting Ms Dowdall.
Mitigating, Phiippa Chatterton said the damage had been caused when he was alone in the property and that the damaged picture had been a photograph of the two of them, which she had turned over as an indication they were not getting back together.
She said that Brown, who was on post prison sentence supervision, had always been willing to pay for the damage.
He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £50 in compensation.
