Care home in Skegness celebrates winning top awards at annual ceremony
Deserving members of the Syne Hills Care Home team attended the 2022 Lincolnshire Care Awards on Thursday, March 30, at the Double Tree, Hilton Hotel
The Lincolnshire Care Awards is an annual celebration organised by the Lincolnshire Care Association to recognise outstanding work across the care sector in the county.

Hide AdManager Hayley Peace commented: “When the finalist list was announced, I was truly excited for the team and was looking forward to the awards night.
"My team deserve this as they are all award winners as we’ve always pulled together as a great team for our amazing residents’ individual care and well-being, whilst promoting their independence. Well done Team Syne Hills."
Christopher and Kerry Sweeney added: “As directors, Kerry and I were so proud to see Syne Hills’ 'Fantastic 7' finalists make it to these awards.
"Huge pride, respect and admiration goes out to them all as they represent the whole of our home and the fabulous work they all do.

Hide Ad"The highlight of the night was for Sylvia Terry for her 'lifetime achievement' award that was just the icing on the cake!
"It is so special and so rare for a person to devote their entire working life to one place of work and Sylvia has gone above and beyond so many times.
"She is so deserved of this accolade and we are all delighted to be a part of it!”
Sylvia commented: “When I found out I was nominated I was filled with joy.
"I have worked here for more than 40 years.

Another winner, Mark Haslam, commented: "I felt overwhelmed to be nominated and to know that the management sees how hard we work and that we are making a difference and putting a smile on every residents face.”
