Extra funds for community grants in East Lindsey
This is part of the Councillors’ Community Grant Scheme and Councillors may also award their existing £1,000 allocation to these community resilience projects.
Councillors have recently supported their communities by awarding the following grants:

Hide AdFriskney Councillor Carleen Dickinson has awarded £2,000 to The Askefield Project Limited to assist with the purchase of essentials needed by vulnerable residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Louth Councillors David Hall and Rosalind Jackson have awarded £1,000 to Lindsey Patchwork to assist with buying fabric for them to continue making scrubs for local hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Binbrook Councillor Richard Fry has awarded £100 to Welton Le Wold Parish Council to assist with travelling expenses for local volunteers who are delivering food and medicines to vulnerable residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mablethorpe Councillors Tony Howard, Graham Cullen and Claire Newman have awarded £100 to The Three Masketeers to assist with the purchase of materials used to make face masks for care workers and local volunteering groups during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Wragby Councillor Julie Platt has awarded £400 to Wragby Chef to assist with setting up meals on wheels for vulnerable residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Louth Councillor Chris Green has awarded £800 to Light House to assist with providing hot meals for vulnerable members of the community along with food parcels during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tetford and Donington Councillor David Andrews has awarded £350 to Hemingby Parish Council to assist with volunteer expenses and other ancillary costs associated with supporting vulnerable residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
