Kirton super-slimmer is a whole new man
Back in 2016, Andy Flood, 61, tipped the scales at more than 21 stone (133kg) and was suffering from health issues, and decided to start making some changes.
He said: "I had some very serious health issues due to being overweight, and had to change my lifestyle."

Hide AdSupported by his wife Gail, who also decided to embark on her own weight loss journey to support Andy and lose weight herself, the couple joined the Kirton Slimming World group and in his first week alone, Andy lost 3.5lbs (1.5kg).
After embarking on a new lifestyle with Slimming World and joining Kirton Middlecott Sports & Fitness Centre, Andy has lost a staggering 9st (57kg) and now weighs 12 stone 6.5 (78kg), almost half of his original body weight, and Gail has also reached her goal weight and has lost 1st 3lbs (7.7kg).
Andy said that his meals before starting Slimming World were "anything and everything unhealthy", but now the couple eat healthy, balanced meals using Slimming World's books and have overhauled their lifestyles.
He now also attends regular fitness classes at the gym and regularly jogs up to six miles and cycles up to 50 miles.

Hide AdHe added: "This allows me to be more active with our grandchildren, and Gail enjoys walking and cycling.
"Slimming World has help to save my life, you forget you're on a diet, you're just changing your lifestyle."
