The afternoon event was held on April 23 at the Five Bells Residential Home in Folkingham.
Home manager Tracey Hall explained: “We hold monthly events and decided to celebrate St George’s Day with residents.

“I initially put the costume on just for a laugh, but ended up walking up and down outside the front of the home for donations from staff for the residents fund.
“The residents watched and were rather amused to see their manager making a fool of herself.”
The staff and residents then donned knightly tabards and whizzed up and down the patio brandishing their ‘lances’ to see if they could hit the targets.
Traditional English refreshments were served to round off a fun afternoon.
