Thurcroft: Four arrested after ‘vigilante action’ following alleged sexual assault on 13-year-old girl
The alleged offenders, aged between 15 and 35, were part of a group of around 50 people who gathered outside a property on Friday 7th November.
It was the second night of disturbance after a window was damaged at a house on Thursday evening.

Hide AdThe incidents are believed to be in ‘retaliation’ following the alleged sexual assault near Ivanhoe Road.
A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and the investigation continues.
Chief inspector, Ian Womersley, said: “Police officers will remain in the area to provide reassurance and a visible presence to local residents and to prevent any further crime.”
“The man arrested in connection with the sexual assault is not living in the Thurcroft area and South Yorkshire Police will take robust action against anyone participating in vigilante action in relation to this incident, or indeed, any incident.”
